Siti Dawson

Senior Director, European Pension Practice

Siti Dawson, FRM, is a Senior Director at Cambridge Associates AG.

Siti is based in our Zurich office and has more than 17 years of industry experience. She oversees private markets portfolios for pension fund and institutional clients in Switzerland and is involved in strategic business development activities in relation to Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS).

Previously, Siti was a Senior Analyst at SIGLO Capital Advisors AG (SIGLO), a Zurich-based investment advisor specialising in alternative investments such as ILS, private debt, drawdown management and impact investing. In November 2024, SIGLO was acquired by Cambridge Associates.

Siti started her career in 2007 at VZ Vermoegenszentrum in Zurich, where she was responsible for the manager selection and asset allocation for fixed income and absolute return strategies, as well as ILS. Before joining SIGLO in 2023, she was a product specialist for Insurance-Linked Strategies at LGT Capital Partners, where she also developed the ESG framework for the ILS business and served on the ESG committee.

She holds a degree in Economics (lic. oec.) from the University of Zurich with focus on Microeconomics and Management. She became a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) in 2011 and completed the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) Certificate in 2022.

Siti is fluent in German and English.
