Grant Steele

Grant Steele is a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates.

Grant joined the firm in 1998 and has more than 25 years of industry experience. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s comparative survey-based data on investment, financial, and operational topics. Grant has worked on a variety of projects related to investment office staffing, cost, and compensation issues.

Before assuming his current role, Grant was an Assistant Director in the firm’s Performance Reporting group.

Grant received his BS in Business Administration from Mary Washington College.
