Carolina Gómez is an Investment Director for the Diverse Manager Investing team at Cambridge Associates.
Carolina joined Cambridge Associates in 2017 and has more than ten years of industry experience. In her role, she works to identify and research institutional-quality investment managers across public and private asset classes that have underrepresented owners or leaders, including women and people of color. Before this, she was a member of the Endowment and Foundation Practice and worked on business development and relationship management, with a focus on diverse manager mandates.
Prior to joining Cambridge Associates in 2017, Carolina worked at Kaufman Rossin supporting and leading many of the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives. She also held a marketing position at J.P. Morgan Private Bank where she managed publications and marketing materials geared to Latin American clients, including institutions and high-net-worth individuals. She also worked as a Research Assistant at Harvard’s Carr Center for Human Rights Policy and at Vital Voices, an international non-profit organization.
Carolina received her MA from Georgetown University, Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, and her BA from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is fluent in Spanish.
