Tracy Filosa is the Head of CA Institute at Cambridge Associates, the firm’s dedicated group focused on comparative client data, research, and understanding of the role of the investment portfolio in supporting our clients’ missions.
Tracy has more than 25 years of finance and investment experience, specializing in governance, enterprise risk, spending policy, financial sustainability and the role of the endowment. She works with investment teams and clients to implement best practices and understand enterprise factors to help ensure client investment portfolios are optimally aligned with their institutional risks and liquidity needs. She is also a frequent presenter at client roundtables and conferences.
Tracy began her career as a consulting associate at Cambridge Associates. Prior to rejoining the firm in 2014, Tracy was a founder and principal at TAF Consulting, a firm specializing in finance and planning for non-profit institutions. Prior to founding TAF, she was a project manager at Harvard University. She has also worked as a management consultant to non-profits at BSSA and held analyst positions at Northeastern University and Tufts University.
Tracy received her MBA and a Certificate in Public and Nonprofit Management from Boston University and her BA in English from Tufts University.
