Fiona Tay

Fiona Tay is an Investment Director at Cambridge Associates.

Fiona joined Cambridge Associates in 2021 and brings 7 years of investment experience. She works with a range of clients in Australia and New Zealand, from private family offices and foundations, to superannuation funds, helping them with investment policy implementation, portfolio management, and manager evaluation. She also focuses on private fund and co-investment assessments for private equity and venture capital managers in Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to joining Cambridge Associates in 2021, Fiona worked at Khazanah Nasional Berhad, the sovereign wealth fund of Malaysia where she specialized in private market investments and helped institutionalize the firm’s private fund investment program. She also assisted with investment portfolio monitoring and governance of Yayasan Khazanah, the firm’s philanthropic arm.

Fiona received her Masters in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and is a CFA® charterholder. She is fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin) and Malay.
