Charlie Grace

Charlie Grace is a Managing Director, leading Family Enterprise Solutions at Cambridge Associates.

Charlie joined Cambridge Associates in 2020. He advises multi-generation families on holistic wealth strategies, including establishing and assessing single family offices, instituting and refining investment programs, designing structures and governance for families and associated boards, and executing many other types of best-practice initiatives for families.

As a thought leader in wealth management, Charlie is often featured at industry leading conferences and in the press, and he has published several white papers on topics ranging from investment governance to managing wealth costs.

Charlie has extensive experience as a Trustee, including his current role as President and Executive Committee Member of the non-profit Isaac H. Tuttle Fund in New York City.
Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Charlie spent ten years at Family Office Exchange (FOX) as a Managing Director in the advisory practice focused on family enterprise strategies. Prior to FOX, Charlie served as Managing Director and Chairman of the Management Committee at Ashbridge, a single- and multi-family office.

Charlie received his JD from Washington College of Law, his MA from American University, and his BA from Bates College.
