Sehr Dsani

Sehr Dsani is a Senior Investment Director for the Capital Markets Research team at Cambridge Associates.

Sehr joined the firm in 2022 and has 20 years of investment experience. As a member of Capital Markets Research, Sehr works with the team to develop both strategic and tactical asset allocation views, as well as provide advice and market performance insights to the firm’s investment teams and clients. She has also served as the Co-Chair of CA Mosaic, the firm’s employee resource group dedicated to increasing firm-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Sehr served as a Portfolio Manager at 1832 Asset Management L.P. in Canada. Her focus areas were US equities and consumer sectors. She was also a member of the ESG Investment Committee and served as the Chair of the DEI Committee. Prior to that, her buy-side career spanned analyst roles covering the energy and materials sectors.

Sehr graduated magna cum laude from Drake University, receiving her BSBA degree in Finance, International Business, and Economics. She is also a CFA® charterholder.
