Noel O’Neill

Noel O’Neill is the Head of Investment Strategy Office and a Partner at Cambridge Associates.

Noel has been an investor and leader at Cambridge Associates for nearly 30 years. He is responsible for ensuring the firm is delivering best-in-class investment results for clients and continually improving the effectiveness of our investment platform and portfolio implementation practices.

Noel is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.

Previously, he was the firm’s President and Head of Global Investing, responsible for running investment business and overseeing the global investment platform. Prior to that, he was Head of Global Investment Research where he oversaw the alignment between investment ideas and capital market/asset allocation views. As an investor at the firm, he has managed portfolios for endowments, private clients, and pension funds based in the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Noel worked at Bain & Company, Inc. where he led strategy projects for multinational corporations.

Noel received his MBA from Dartmouth College and his BE from the University College, Dublin.
