Michael Pearce

Managing Director, Endowment & Foundation Practice

Mike Pearce is a Managing Director for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates.

Mike joined the firm in 2008 and has over 20 years of investment experience. During his career at Cambridge Associates, he has worked with college, university, foundation and family clients on investment issues such as asset allocation strategy, portfolio construction and manager selection.

Mike serves as a member of the firm’s Sustainable and Impact Investing Council and Diverse Manager Research Council, providing strategic guidance for the firm’s efforts to build sustainable investment portfolios with diverse investment talent. Mike is also on Cambridge Associates’ Community Foundation Committee, given his client exposure and expertise.

Before joining Cambridge Associates, Mike was an Associate at Pacific Community Ventures, a hybrid, double bottom-line, mid-market private equity and non-profit organization in San Francisco.  Prior to graduate school, he worked at UBS Investment Bank in New York and London as an Associate Director in the Alternative Capital Group. Mike is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Haas Sustainable Investment Fund and a member of the Steering Committee for the Intentional Endowments Network.

Mike earned his MBA from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a BS in Finance from Georgetown University.
