Anita Ng

Managing Director, Endowment & Foundation Practice

Anita Ng is a Managing Director for the Endowment & Foundation Practice at Cambridge Associates.

Anita joined Cambridge Associates in 2006 and has almost 30 years of investment experience. She constructs global private investments portfolios, in aggregate committing billions of dollars annually to the asset class. She works with a broad group of clients, including universities, foundations, public pension plans, and private clients. Anita also conducts private investments research and manager due diligence for the firm.

Anita is often featured as a speaker at prominent industry conferences. In 2020, she was listed on the Chief Investment Officer’s Knowledge Brokers list, which highlights the most influential investment consultants and advisers.

Outside of her role as an investor, Anita is a Co-Lead of External Partnerships for CA Women, the firm’s employee resource group dedicated to cultivating an inclusive culture for women. Anita also volunteers as an Investment Committee member of the Gardens of Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.

Previously, Anita held roles in technology investment banking at CIBC World Markets, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Banc of America Securities. She also worked in Hong Kong with Merrill Lynch’s Asia-Pacific Investment Banking Group, where she focused on Greater China clients.

Anita received her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and her AB in Economics with honors and distinction from Stanford University. She is also proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
