Our Global Diversity Council

Our Global Diversity Council reflects a balanced representation of colleagues around the globe. The Council ensures that our overall DEI strategy is aligned with our business, creates our DEI goals and metrics, monitors strategy execution and outcomes, and reports our overall DEI progress to the firm.

At CA, we have both a genuine commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and also a deep understanding of the magnitude of the challenge.
